Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express options (1-2 days) are available at checkout. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
Yes — orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement through your account dashboard. After that window, our warehouse begins processing and cancellation may not be possible. Contact support immediately and we'll do our best to intercept it.
All FitTrainer supplements undergo rigorous third-party testing for purity, potency, and label accuracy. We partner with NSF International and Informed-Sport for certification. Full certificates of analysis are available on each product page.
